0527 My bad bicycle

Within one week,my repaired bicycle is broken again.The tire which was changed last week has something wrong.It is flat again.I do not know whether it is my problem or the repairer's problem.Will he ask me to spend lots of money repairing it?I already spent 750 dollars to change a new tire.Or it is time to buy a new bicycle?
