05/19 A new home......

Today, I dropped by my classmate's new house ,which is near the Global Mall in 中和, which he bought this year. He spends about eight millions, but their parents ( he got marry last month ) sponsor five millions. He only loans three millions from bank and he pays about thirteen thousands something back to the bank per month. Although it is a apartment, I like it. It does likes a home. I wish someday that I can buy a home...^^

      He spends some money on furniture and interior design, and he need some money for his honeymoon in Italy...
