05/17 Air Force Colonel

This morning, I went to the post office to deal with my postal insurance. Because I needed to sign several documents, so it took me some time; however, there was a colonel from Air Force standing behind and asking me abruptly, "are you a trainee or an administrator?" I didn't answer the question but asked back, " why do you want to ask so?" He responded, " my time is limited, because I have a class!" I didn't say anything then, and the postal staff said sorry to me and started to tackle the imprudent colonel's business due to his rank. I always wonder what the military's job, education, and rank stand for?" Whose time is valueless and is rank superior than civism? Well, welcome to the military.
