A few days ago there was a vice captain,who worked at a fleet in Navy,went out to drink with friends.He was not on duty.After drinking,he asked a staff sergeant to drive him back to the fleet.However they had a car accident on their way back to barracks. It was not their fault.It was the other driver who disobeyed traffic rules,which led to the accident.The staff sergeant was the driver and he was sober.As a result,they reported the accident to their unit,and this event was reported to minister of national defence.
Everybody thought the accident would come to an end because they had no faults.Much to everybody's surprise,Mr.Kao asked the vice captain to retire immediately.The reason was that the vice captain went out to drink,which was not good at all.He should set a good example for soldiers.
In my opinion,what the hall the minister of national defence is think about?The vice captain did nothing wrong.How can he get fired because of the stupid thing?
Don't you know that? The higher the rank, the stupider and meaner they are.
