We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people.In your opinion,what are some important characteristics of a co-worker{someone you work closely with}Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important.
I have worked as an officer for more than six years.As a result,I have meet many diffirent types of co-workers.Many of them have good characteristics which are worth learning.
First of all,they are responsible for their jobs.Many tasks need many people to cooperate to complish.It is impossible for a single man to finish all the jobs.If one of your co-worker lacks of responsibility,others have to share his jobs,which will lead to disappointment and quarrels.
Secondly,they are easy to get alone with.Co-workers are not only co-workers,but also friends.If your co-workers are not easy to get alone with,office's atmosphere will not be good at all.What's more,it will be a torture for you to go to work.
Last but not least,they are work-hard people.If your co-workers are lazy and reluctant to share extra jobs,others must feel upset.On the other hand,if they are hard-working guys and willing to do jobs,office's atmosphere will be powerful and energetic.
In my opinion,co-workers play important roles in everybody's office.To work with good co-workers can reduce many peoblems and everybody is willing to help each other,which lead to further achievements.
