Car accidents are easy to happen during 6PM to 10Pm when people go home from schools or offices,while the lowest rate of car accidents is during 2AM to 6AM when most people stay at home sleeping.In my opinion, traffic is always heavy during 6PM to 10PM,which leads to the highest rates of car accidents.What's more,after working for a long time,people are tend to be exhausted and absent-minded,which result in traffic accidents.However the second highest rate of car accidents falls on 10PM to 2AM,when people go home after drinking with friends. To reduce car accidents relies on everyone's cooperation.As an old saying goes,"You drive fast in order to go home seven minutes earlier.If you fail,however,you will go home seven days later."To arrive destinations safe is the priority for all the drivers.All that we can do is to remind drivers of concentrating while driving.What's more,to make the punishment of violating traffic rules severer is also a good choice.
