0403 Again,the insane mess hall clerk

I went to mess hall for dinner yesterday.It was about 1840 and many people carried their lunch boxes to get second dish.I also waited in line.All of a sudden,the clerk who always stood at the gate rushed out from kitchen and asked me to pay extra money for second dish.I was astonished.There were so many people waited in line to get second dish.Why did she only ask me to pay?She spoke loudly.I was angery at her.There was a notice on the bulletin board which said after 1830 people can get extra cuisine.I asked her loudly whether she knew it or not.She said she knew but she insisted that I should pay then I can get extra cuisine.
Everybody looked at me and I was pissed off at that time.Then I asked their manager to explain what the hell was indeed.Then the manager said I can get whatever I want without paying money.I did it,but when I was leaving mess hall I can still hear the clerk insisted that I should pay extra money.
